FRS Kindergarten

At FRS Kindergarten, our mission is to provide every child with the opportunity to flourish in a safe, warm and nurturing environment where they feel respected, valued and heard.

We offer children a secure space to explore the world around them, nurturing their curiosity and confidence to take the next step. We support each child in developing their own Jewish identity and voice within our inclusive community, sharing traditions, songs and celebrations together.

We recognise parents as a child’s first and most important educators. We value open, honest and supportive relationships with our families to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

Through inclusive practice, we provide positive opportunities and equal access for all children, believing that every child can make progress with the right support. Our strong culture of care, kindness and teamwork creates a dynamic and joyful learning environment for both children and staff.

We value outdoor learning and play, enabling children to move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces. Learning is supported and extended thoughtfully, based on each child’s individual interests and motivations.

We promote a healthy lifestyle and meet every child’s physical and emotional needs within a clean, safe and caring environment. Safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare are at the heart of everything we do.

Our highly skilled teaching team—most qualified to NVQ Level 3 or Degree Level—take part in ongoing professional development. All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
